The US star was asked for autographs and pictures by fans who thought he was the Liverpool star.
Robin Thicke suffered from a case of mistaken identity this past week when a group of fans reportedly mistook him for Liverpool footballer Steven Gerrard.
The 'Blurred Lines' singer was up in Liverpool promoting his music recently when fans allegedly swamped him to get autographs, under the belief he was the famous footballer.
"It was really weird as Robin and Steven don't really look that much like each other," a source told the Daily Star this week. 'But these teens actually thought he was Steven and ran up screaming his name.
"Weirdly, Robin answered to it and just started chatting to them and posing for pictures," they explained. "He did look rather confused when they asked him about tactic he had for upcoming matches."
