The 'Right There' singer has apparently "thrilled" boss Simon Cowell on the latest series of the show.

Nicole Scherzinger is reportedly set to be made an offer to make a return on The X Factor in 2013 after she "thrilled" Simon Cowell and producer's of the show with her performance this year.

The former Pussycat Doll was fired from her position on the US version of the show earlier this year but made a return alongside Tulisa, Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh in the UK.

"It is fair to say that Simon and the production team have been thrilled with Nicole's performance," an insider told The Sun. "She has been absolutely great."

They continued: "Simon is a huge fan of hers and the production team think she has been a revelation."

The source revealed that there have been no official offers as of yet but "Simon is really up for her coming back" for another stint in the judge's seat.

Last night (25th November), the singer waved goodbye to her contestant Rylan Clark after he was voted off the series with Tulisa casting the final vote.

The source also revealed that the N-Dubz star has been told to "pull her socks up" if she is to make a hat-trick of appearances on the show.

Meanwhile, Nicole is also currently preparing to release her new studio album and told Capital recently that fans will be able to hear her new single very soon.
