Ne-Yo launches t-shirt range for Japan

Ne-Yo has pledged to help victims of the Japan earthquake and tsunami by launching a series of t-shirts.

The singer has designed a number of tops emblazoned with the logo 'Spread Love With Music' to benefit the relief effort.

He has also launched a series of posters for the cause on his official website.

'You can absolutely spread love through music and I think that's what's called for in this time of crisis,' Ne-Yo said.

The singer is among a host of stars who have joined the relief effort in recent weeks.

Lady Gaga launched a special bracelet to help the cause earlier this month.
