Justin Timberlake Puts $7.6 Million New York Bachelor Pad Up For Sale

The 'Cry Me A River' singer is looking to sell the home he bought in 2010 as he prepares to wed fiancé Jessica Biel.

Justin Timberlake is reportedly selling his luxury $7.6 million penthouse home in New York.

The 'What Goes Around' star is currently preparing to get married to his fiancé and Hollywood actress Jessica Biel and has listed his home in the Soho Mews building, reports Us magazine.

The former N*Sync man purchased the property for around $6.56 million back in 2010 and features a glass curtain wall offering views of the city's skyline – including The Empire State Building.

The bathroom has a freestanding oval tub, radiant heated floors and Lefroy Brookes fixtures while his kitchen offers a sub-zero refrigerator and is designed with striated elm and smoked glass throughout.

Meanwhile, the singer turned actor also teamed up with his interior designer Estee Stanley earlier this year to design a line for HomeMint.

The singer has described his own taste as "clean, almost modern architecture," and told Elle Décor that he has long kept a passion for home design.

"I'll sit and I'll look at hardware for hours," he confessed. "Literally, for hours, I'll sit and compare hardware. The devil's in the details. I mean, it's your home, it has to be your own."

The star was also recently rumoured to have tied the knot with Jessica Biel during a secret ceremony this past weekend.

A representative for the star recently quashed the reports with the Total Recall actress also admitting they were in the early stages of planning for their big day.
