JLS have unveiled the video for their new single 'Proud'.

The ballad, which you can hear below, sees Aston, Marvin, JB and Oritse sing about making someone feel proud.

The video for the Sport Relief track features photos of JLS meeting with children in Africa and is released on 18th March as a digital download.
