JLS' Oritse Williams Talks Weight Loss: "I Have To Work A Lot Harder Than The Boys"

The 'She Makes Me Wanna' singers says he wants fans to know he also struggles with his weight sometimes.
JLS star Oritse Williams has opened up about his recent exercise and diet regime and how hard he has to work to stay in shape.
The 'Proud' singer says he has kept fans up-to-date on his recent weight loss ahead of the band's '4th Dimension' tour in an effort to let them know that he also struggles with weight at times.
"I've ben training hard and lost a lot of weight," Oritse told the Daily Star. "I wanted to post a picture of me half-naked on Twitter to inspire fans.
"I had a bit of a belly and want to let them know they're not alone because I struggle with my weight," he explained. 'By exposing myself I wanted to let the fans know they weren't alone.
The 'Take A Chance On Me' singer went on to say that he has to be a lot stricter with his diet and exercise regime than his bandmates Marvin Humes, Aston Merrygold and JB Gill, but admits his improved physique has given him more confidence.
"I had to invent my own Oritse diet and I have to train a lot harder than the boys to get in shape," Oritse added. "It's tough, but I'm more confident now."
The 'She Makes Me Wanna' four-piece are currently working on new material for their upcoming fourth studio album, and recently promised that the record will mark a "pivotal" moment in their careers.
JLS are set to wrap their '4th Dimension' tour with a performance at the Sheffield Motorpoint Arena this Saturday (28th April).
