The 'One Shot' singer says he feels great after following a strict diet and exercise regime to buff up.
Oritse Williams has revealed he worked hard to lose weight and tone up before heading out on the road with JLS on their '4th Dimension' tour.
The 'She Makes Me Wanna' singer says he completely changed his diet in an effort to buff up for the band's UK arena tour to promote third album 'Jukebox'.
"I've set myself a new diet where I eat clean foods and only drink water six days a week," Oritse told the Daily Star recently. "I also do Bikram yoga and martial arts.
The 'Take A Chance On Me' singer also proved how committed he is after admitting he recently hit the gym after a night out to burn off the excess calories.
"When we were last in American I thought 'If I have an alcoholic drink, I'll need to burn this off', so went straight to the gym at 3am after being in the club," Oritse revealed.
The 'One Shot' four-piece are also currently working on their upcoming fourth studio album.
JLS will continue their '4th Dimension' arena tour tonight at Nottingham's Capital FM Arena.
