Post stumbled on stage during a performance in Nashville.

Fans are incredibly worried about Post Malone right now following a performance at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville,Tennessee, on Wednesday night (Mar 4).

Post Malone, real name Austin Richard Post, was performing his track 'I Fall Apart' and he appeared to actually fall to the ground. The rapper stumbled, rolled a little and it looked like he was struggling to push himself up back on his feet. He also looked visibly emotional while singing the song, which is thought to be about relationship heartbreak.

Now it's very possible that this could all be part of his stage performance because his song is literally about falling apart. Some fans also noted that he regularly gets low to the ground at his shows, he must have just lost his balance, and after completing the song he was absolutely fine. In a fan video taken after the show, Post looked completely coherent, even stopping to sign t-shirts.

However, fans are still worried about Post Malone and are hoping he's okay.

Post hasn't commented publicly about what happened while on stage, however, he is due to perform at a scheduled concert on Friday (Mar 6) in Memphis, Tennessee.

In a recent interview with GQ, Post revealed that he had been working on his mental health, describing himself as "fucking crazy". He also said that he knows the risks of self-medicating, especially following the deaths of Mac Miller, Juice WRLD and his close friend Lil Peep. "That could have been me," he said.

When asked whether he was getting help with his mental health, he added: "I am, now – I'm trying. It's difficult. Through my songs, I can talk about whatever I want. But sitting here, face-to-face, it's difficult."
