'Hurts' is the first new track we've heard from the 'Next To Me' singer in four years!
It's crazy to think that it's been over 4 years since Emeli Sande flawlessly represented the UK at the closing ceremony of the London 2012 Olympics.
In that time, the London-born singer has been relatively quiet - only appearing on collaborations with the likes of David Guetta and Naughty Boy, and not dropping any solo material of her own.
The 'Clown' star revealed on her Instagram this weekend that her new music is less than a week away - and it sounds amazing already!
The short clips show off Emeli's trademark vocals with another hinting at a catchy rhythm (with a slight Robyn vibe) - and the track sounds hauntingly beautiful already.
'Hurts' is due to drop this Friday (16th September) - be sure to keep it Capital to hear the freshest new music first!
