The 'Mylo Xyloto' band said they would be keen to work with both American stars again.
Coldplay have hinted that they may work with Rihanna and Jay-Z again in the future.
RiRi features on the band's new single 'Princess Of China' and Jay-Z, a friend of frontman Chris Martin, has previously appeared on a remix of 'Lost'.
Speaking to Capital FM at the Summertime Ball, Chris said the two Roc Nation acts were top of their wish list.
Asked who they wanted to work with in the future, he replied: "Rihanna was top of our list and Jay-Z, so maybe them again."
Chris also described Rihanna as "wonderful" and "lovely", adding "She was cool. I was the one with the demands."
Meanwhile, the group have ruled out any future collaboration with Justin Bieber, joking that the 'Boyfriend' star and fellow Summertime Ball performer is "too handsome".
