When Roman caught up with Adam Lambert he discovered he’s a big fanboy at heart – while Ella Henderson gave Marvin Humes tips on coping with the BRITs afterparty.

When Capital caught up with the stars on the red carpet we had to get to the important topics – most nominated artist Sam Smith and OF COURSE how you get over the post-BRITs hangover.

Roman found out that Adam Lambert is actually a pretty big Sam Smith fanboy – and he thought Sam deserved every nod he got at the BRITs.

Adam revealed, “This guy - Sam Smith, he’s killing it. I’m so impressed so I think he deserves all the accolades he gets.” 

And after the awards come the notoriously rowdy after parties – but how do the stars cope with the hangovers the next day?

Ella Henderson revealed her top tips to Marvin Humes, including that Labrinth suggested that chocolate milk is the perfect post-party cure. Who knew?!
