RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the GoSkydive radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 12th June to Friday 16th June 2017 on Capital South Coast (The "Radio Station").

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must listen to Capital South Coast Breakfast Show on 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th June 2017

4.    Adam Inker from Capital South Coast Drive Time show has taken part in a Skydive and in the plane on the way up recorded 5 multiple choice questions.

5.    Jono and Emma from the Capital South Coast Breakfast Show will play out a question each day. Entrants will need to call into the studio on 03456 882200 (the “Telephone Line”) when requested to do so on air. The opening time and closing time will be given out on air.

6.    Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. 

7.    All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

8.    One entrant will be selected at random each day to come to air to play to win.

9.    The question will be played out on air, the entrant will need to guess what they think the answer is from the three possible answers.

10.   All questions are related to GoSkydive and Skydiving in general and answers have been taken from the GoSkydive website. The Producer’s decision is final on the correct answer.

11.    If the entrant gets the question right then they win the prize. If an entrant gets the answer wrong then another entrant will be selected at random to come to air for the chance to win the prize.

Eligibility:

12.  Entrants must be 16 or over.

13.  Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

14.  In order to enter and potentially win the prize, entrants must understand the restrictions on skydiving with GoSkydive. More information about skydiving with GoSkydive can be found here: http://www.goskydive.com

Prize:

15.    One winner each day (Monday – Friday) will win 1 x tandem skydive with GoSkydive for themselves. There are five winners in total.

16.    The Skydive prize is GoSkydive's ultimate Skydive Experience. This prize gives the following:

  • 15,000 ft which is 60 seconds of freefall time

  •  Jumping from the highest altitude possible in the UK

17.    Winner will need to adhere to all GoSkydive’s Health and Safety regulations before taking part and satisfy their health assessment which will include weight limit and general health questionnaire. For more information check the GoSkydive website here: http://www.goskydive.com

19.    Winners cannot substitute the prize for cash or any alternative. If they feel that they cannot fulfil taking the Skydive themselves then they forfeit the prize and should not enter.

20.    Prize redemption will be discussed with the winner along with date availability and timings.

21.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
