RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/competition-terms-conditions/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to Goodwood Driving Experiences Breakfast Show Competition radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 4th June on Friday 8th June 2018 on Capital South Coast (the “Radio Station”). 

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the word SPIN to 83938 to have the chance to play (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air. 

4. A listener from all eligible and correct entries will be selected at random to play. 

All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

5. Entrants will listen to a song that is on in the car that’s spinning and sliding all over the place. The entrant needs to tell the presenter the name of the correct song to be told they are the winner. If they guess incorrectly then another text entrant will be picked at random and brought to air to play. This will continue until someone get’s it correct and we have a winner.

Eligibility:

6. Entrants must be 18 or over.

7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

8. 5 on air winners (one per day of play) each will each receive a £99 BMW Spin & Slide Experience to use at Goodwood Motor Circuit.

9. The driver must have a valid and in date UK driving license. You will need to have this with you on the day.

10. The prize must be taken with 12 months of winning.

11. Details of winners will be passed over to Goodwood Motor Circuit and vouchers for use will be posted out to them. These vouchers then have to be used within 12 months of issue.

12. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
