OVO Hydro Kylie Minogue 16th May 2025 Competition

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition termsand conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at [CAPITALFM.COM] apply to [KYLIE MINOGUE OVO HYDRO 16TH MAY COMPETITION]  ("the Competition") which will run on [16/05/25] (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is [Capital Scotland]

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website.

Details of the Competition: 

To enter the competition an entrant must listen to Capital Scotland, between 8am and 10am on 16/05/25.

The presenters will open the entry window on-air. Entrants must then text the word KYLIE to 83958. 

One entrant will be selected at random and called back. When the entrant answers the phone… they must say or shout the phrase ‘PADAM’ 

Eligibility:

Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older. 

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed. 

Entrants must reside within one of the following postcode districts: EH, FK, G, KY, ML, PA, KA

Prize:

One winner will win a pair of VIP Balcony tickets for Kylie Minogue at the OVO Hydro on Friday 16th May 2025 including access to the Capital Starsuite. 

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Prize will be provided digitally on the day. 

Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.
