RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.capitalfm.com/scotland/terms-conditions apply to ‘Livingston Designer Outlet Crack the Code October 2014’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 13/10/14 to 19/10/14 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital Scotland

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must;

Go to Livingston Designer Outlet, from Mon 13th – Sun 19th October 2014

Entry will open at 11.30am and close at 4.30pm each day

Entrants will then need to choose a 6 digit code which they will firstly give to the Capital FM street stars to record, along with entrants details in iPad form, and then punch the code into the vault.

The successful code will open the vault.

There will be a maximum of 3000 guesses across the week

Eligibility:

18s and over only. Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

Prize:

A possible £25,000

Contingent Prize Contract provided by SCA Promotions, Inc. ("SCA"), 3030 Lyndon B. Johnson Frwy., Suite 300, Dallas, Texas 75234 by and through its subsidiary in United Kingdom: PIMS-SCA Limited (“PIMS-SCA”), First Floor, Dudley House, 169 Piccadilly, London, England W1J 9EH.

Additional Contingent Prize Contract T&C’s

Employees, agents, successors, and assignees of Communicorp UK and Livingston Designer Outlet, its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this Promotion, as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the Promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein.

Names and likenesses of Promotion winner(s) may be used by Sponsor and Sponsor's designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to Sponsor or the Promotion winner(s).

In the event a winner is claimed, Capital FM Street Stars present supply Winner's Affidavit & Release from which must be completed and signed by the claimed winner and contest officials and submitted to PIMS-SCA / SCA for claim verification along with a copy of a government issued identification card containing a photo of the claimed winner. By executing this form, the contest officials acknowledge their responsibility to conduct the Promotion according to the terms and conditions of this contract. All required signatures must be present and valid for consideration of prize payment.

Each winner, if any, is responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize(s) won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize(s) to the extent required by law.

SPONSOR’S CONTEST OPERATION DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR PAYMENT OF PRIZES:

If a contestant’s number prediction, as entered into PIMS-SCA/SCA’s Visible Vault (“Vault”), matches in exact sequence the pre-selected winning combination for opening the Vault, and there is compliance with the terms and conditions of this contract, then PIMS-SCA/SCA will pay to Sponsor the prize amount as specified in the Schedule of Available Prizes below, subject to the Maximum Aggregate Liability and verification by PIMS-SCA/SCA. The memory of the Vault’s lock is the sole determiner of whether a prediction has been made that matches the pre-selected combination. Neither the visual/graphic display nor the audio output of the Vault’s lock will be considered in determining whether a matching prediction has been entered.

Sponsor must maintain a log of all combinations chosen by the contestants attempting to open the Vault. Each attempt/combination must be only six (6) digits. There are two master combinations for opening the Vault lock (one for Sponsor, one for PIMS-SCA/SCA), each consisting of more digits than the pre-selected winning number. These master combinations are not attempts and no prize will be paid should the lock be opened using the master combinations.

The total number of attempts (predictions) must not exceed: 3,000

Unused attempts are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Outside dimensions of the Vault are: L 8 1/2” x W 8 1/2” x H 12”.

PIMS-SCA/SCA will provide Sponsor with a sealed security envelope containing the pre-selected winning combination. In the event of a claim, Sponsor agrees to return the envelope to PIMS-SCA/SCA unopened and untampered with, for claim verification. If the sealed security envelope has been opened or tampered with, SCA is relieved of all liability hereunder and no prize will be paid by SCA. Sponsor further agrees to allow the envelope, if requested by SCA, to be held by a third party for security purposes until the promotion has terminated.

If the Vault is broken into, stolen, or otherwise tampered with in any way, including any tampering involving the lock mechanism, PIMS-SCA/SCA is not liable for any missing or stolen contents, nor any prize awarded. PIMS-SCA/SCA is not responsible for any lock malfunction.

Failure to observe any of the above terms absolves SCA of any and all liability and no prize awards will be considered for payment.

SCHEDULE OF AVAILABLE PRIZES:

Prize Amount: £25,000 Maximum Aggregate Liability: £25,000 (Limit one (1) prize payout)
In the event Sponsor believes a prize award has been earned, Capital FM will immediately cease attempts and contact SCA for verification.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must;

Go to Livingston Designer Outlet between 1 and 4pm on Sat 18th Oct & Sun 19th Oct [on the day of the Competition] and find the Capital FM Street Stars.

Over the weekend several players will be selected at random to play the capital dice game to roll a matching pair, or card game, to find the winning card. They will be chosen at Random by the street stars. 10 successful winners will win a prize worth £10 each.
