JUSTIN BIEBER TICKETS ON CAPITAL FM

RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.capitalfm.com/rules apply to the ‘Justin Bieber ticket comp’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Wednesday 9th March 2011 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital London.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
1) Details of the Competition
1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
Send a text message with the keyword to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
1.2 The Text lines will be opened by the presenter on air. The opening and closing time times will be given out on air. Once the text lines winners will be selected at random and called back.
1.3 If the selected winner is not available or cannot be contacted then another winner will be selected at random. Winners may be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air.
1.4 Entrants may only enter once per mobile number. Multiple entries from any one mobile number in any one round will be excluded, leaving just one entry per number in the draw.
1.5 Winners will be selected at random.
1.6 Contestants must be 16 years or over.
2) Prize
2.1 There are 10 pairs of tickets available to win (10 winners) for the Justin Bieber My World Tour at the O2 Arena, London on Monday 14th March 2011.
2.2 All tickets are seated.
2.3 Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over at all times. Standing areas are not suitable for under 16’s.
2.4 The O2 Arena reserves the right to exercise its door policy. Please refer to their website for details (http://www.theo2.co.uk/ )
3.3 Global Radio reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize at any time.
3.4 Global Radio reserves the right to change or amend these rules at any time.
