Booksmart Film Release on Capital, May 2019

RULES

  • The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ ) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Booksmart Film Release’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 10th of May to 15th of May on Capital (the “Radio Station”).
  • Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

 

Details of the Online Competition:

  • To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com  and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:01 on 10th May and close at 23:59 on 15th May.
  • Entrants can enter the competition to win £1,000.
  • Entrants must answer one question online.
  • From all correct and eligible entrants, one entrant will be randomly selected as a winnerby Global Radio and be notified within 7 working days.

 

Details of the Regional Screenings:

  • Entrants have the option to register their details via capitalfm.com for the chance to get cinema tickets to Booksmart at a Regional Screening.

 

Prize:

Global will award the following prize:

  • £1,000 provided and delivered via bank transfer.

 

Eligibility:

  • Entrants must be 18 years or over
  • Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

 

Prize Terms and Conditions:

  • £1,000 provided and delivered via bank transfer.
  • Payment will be made within 30 working days of the winner being contacted by Global
  • Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.

 

Regional Cinema Ticket Allocation:

  • Listeners will have the option of registering their details at the See Film First Ltd booking page, via Capitalfm.com, for their chance to attend a screening of Booksmart in one of the following locations:

Vue: Birmingham, Edinburgh Omni, Manchester Printworks, Sheffield and Piccadilly Circus

Odeon: Cardiff, Liverpool One, Newcastle Metrocentre and  Southampton

Cineworld: Broughton and Nottingham

Showcase: Derby Forresters

 

  • Entrants will need to select their preferred venue based on their closest city of residence.

 

  • Movie tickets are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis in accordance with the See Film First Ltd terms and conditions https://showfilmfirst.tixuk.com/terms-and-conditions 
  • The entrant will be notified via email if they are successful in claiming these tickets, and will be emailed instructions on how to claim their tickets by See Film First Ltd. 
  • For the avoidance of doubt, only the tickets to the screening will be provided to the winner, excluding any travel, refreshments, accommodation etc.
  • Users who successfully claim tickets will need to print off the email with a valid booking number and take it along to the cinema on the day and time of the screening. 
  • Ticket holders will not be able to hold spaces for guests and entry will only be granted to customers once all guests have arrived.
  • The cinemas reserve the right to refuse admission. In the event of a dispute, the cinema manager's decision is final.
  • In the event of a film preview being cancelled, changed, overbooked or relocated without prior notice, See Film First Ltd may at its own discretion allocate tickets to the next See Film First Ltd  film preview in the nearest cinema. No form of compensation, financial or otherwise will be given.
  • Sound and video recording / photography equipment is not permitted in the auditorium and in some instances may be confiscated upon entry.
  • Each film has its own specific age restriction. Where this is known at the time of booking, this age restriction is given during the booking process. It is the user's responsibility to confirm this age restriction with the cinema.
  • Tickets are for the use of the user only. Emailing of tickets, distribution of personal login details, passwords, tickets, photocopying and multiple printing of tickets is strictly prohibited. 
  • Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
