RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions(the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition apply to the ‘Denon Cocoon’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 18th March 2013 to Friday 22nd March 2013 (the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital FM London.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the ON AIR Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with ‘keyword’ as given on air to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”).

Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.

The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

The entry window will open when the named song starts.

The entry window will close when the song ends when played in full.

The on air presenter will announce the daily artist and song each day, and entrants need to text in when they hear the song played during the show.

Daily from all entrants one winner will be randomly selected and brought to air, and awarded their prize.  

Eligibility:
Aged 18 or over.

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:
Monday & Thursday

V Festival VIP + Denon Cocoon Portable Speaker

Prize includes:

·       Return train travel for two people from London to Chelmsford

·       2x VIP weekend tickets for V Festival at Hyland Park, Chelmsford between 17-18 August 2013.

o   Includes:

Entrance into the VIP area

Private toilets

Post-festival late bar with DJs on Saturday and Sunday nights

Yellow camp passes

·       £250.00 Spending money

·       1x Two man tent, 2 x Sleeping bags

Terms and Conditions
1. Travel will be between Friday 16 – Monday 19 August 2013 and is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser.

2. Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.

3. Tickets will be for the day stated only and are non-transferable. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of purchase. VIP tickets include access to the VIP area, private toilets, post-festival late bar with DJs on Saturday and Sunday nights and standard yellow camp passes 4. Should any product be unavailable at the time of purchase, NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change.

Tuesday & Friday

T in the Park VIP + Denon Cocoon Portable Speaker

Prize includes:

·       Return train travel for two people from London to either Edinburgh or Glasgow

·       Return coach transfers from yourarrival station to T in the Park

·       2x VIP weekend camping tickets for T in the Park 12-14 July at Balado, Kinross-shire.

·       A 2x man Squrt in the Residence luxury camping area with fitted ground sheets, rugs, cushions, fluffy, sheepskins, small wooden table, fairy lights and led lights o Access to the hospitality bar

·       £250.00 Spending money

·       2x Sleeping bags

Terms and Conditions
1. Travel will be between Thursday 11 – Monday 15 July 2013 and is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser.

2. Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.

3. Tickets will be for the day stated only and are non-transferable. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of purchase. Tickets includes a 2x man Squrt in the Residence luxury camping area with fitted ground sheets, rugs, cushions, fluffy sheepskins, small wooden table, fairy lights and led lights. Access to the hospitality bar

4. Should any product be unavailable at the time of purchase, NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specification are subject to change.

Wednesday:

Isle of Wight Festival VIP + Denon Cocoon Portable Speaker

Prize includes:

·       Return travel for two people from London to the Isle of Wight

·       Return catamaran crossing from Portsmouth to Fishbourne in one car

·       2x VIP tickets to Isle of Wight festival between 13-16 June 2013. Includes:

·       Entrance into the festival all weekend

·       VIP Backstage entrance

·       Entrance into the VIP area

·       Camping passes

·       £250.00 Spending money

Terms and Conditions
1. Travel will be between Thursday 12 – Monday 17 June 2013 and is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser.

2. Travel will be in the form of petrol allowance due to the nature of the location.

3. Catamaran crossing will be from Portsmouth to Fishbourne for one car up to 6 meters long.

4. Tickets will be for the days stated only and are non-transferable. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of purchase. VIP Backstage entrance - guests  avoid the queues and crowds at the main entrances. From the backstage road you enter the VIP area which has its own bar, food concessions, private toilets, garden area, comfy sofas, fantastic view of the stage and access into the festival arena and general admission camping pass.
