RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to the “Dance Central 3” radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Saturday 3rd November 2012 and Sunday 4th November 2012 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital FM Network.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
Send a text message with their answer to the station text message line (the “Text Message Line”).
Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.  
The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
Entrants must correctly guess the highest chart position of a selected song on the Big Top 40.
If the exact chart position is not correctly guessed, all entrants that guess the chart position either side of the answer will be put into the draw to be randomly selected.
From all correct entries one entrant will be randomly selected, and brought to air, and awarded their prize.

Eligibility:
Entrants must be 18 years and over to win the prize.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize Terms & Conditions:
Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value.
