RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.capitalfm/terms-conditions) apply to ‘Coca Cola Olympic ’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on October 3rd, October 10th, October 17th, October 24th and October 31st (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital FM Network.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
Send a text message with your choice of 2 keywords as instructed by the presenter to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The Text Message Lines will open and close at the times specified by the on-air presenter on every Monday of the Competition. If your entry is correct, you will be notified by a text message and invited to play in the next round which will be broadcast on Capital FM. Should you try to enter the next round having got a question wrong, or enter having not participated in a previous round on the same day, you will be notified by text message that you are ineligible to play. There will be 3 rounds between 7am and 3pm on Monday October 31st
Eligibility:
4. Entrants must be 18 years or over. Winners’ guests must be 12 years and over and under 18s must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian
5. Winners or guests under the age of 18 must share a double occupancy room with their parent or legal guardian
6. The contribution of £300 toward travel will be delivered upon arrival at the 5* hotel. Booking and payment of travel to and from London is the responsibility of the winner
7. Winners will be required to sign a participation agreement providing their name and address to enable the Promoter to verify prize entitlement.
8. The winner will be randomly selected from all the correct entries after the competition has closed following the third question. Should there be no entries with three correct answers, the winner will be randomly drawn from those entries with two correct answers. Should there be no-one with two correct entries, the winner will be randomly drawn from those entries with one correct answer.

Tickets
1. Entrants must be 12 years or over. Entrants under 16 years require parental or legal guardian consent. Winners/guests must be 12 years and over and under 18s must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian.
2. Ticket holders will be subject to LOCOG’s Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase which can be found at www.tickets.london2012.com/purchaseterms.html
3. Tickets purchased or obtained from or through persons other than directly from LOCOG or the Promoter and otherwise in accordance with these terms and conditions shall be VOID and may be SEIZED or CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND OR ENTRY TO A SESSION.
4. Tickets are STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE and MUST NOT BE SOLD nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere.
5. If more than one ticket is issued to a winner, those tickets may only be used by the winner and a family member, friend or colleague who is known to the winner personally and who is intended to accompany the winner to a session. Any accompanying guests must be in compliance with clause 1 of these terms and conditions.
6. All ticket holders are advised that, under s.31 of the London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Act 2006, it is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE to sell a Ticket in a public place or in the course of business and otherwise than in accordance with the authorisation of LOCOG. 7. Any ticket obtained in breach of these terms and conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be nullified.
The Events
8. The winners/guests of the Monday competitions will be entitled to attend one of the following events
- Hockey
- Basketball
- Beach volleyball
- Volleyball
The events will be determined by the date on which the winner won the prize and cannot be changed. The events will take place on the following dates:
October 3rd Basketball 30-Jul
October 10th Volleyball 31-Jul
October 17th Hockey 31-Jul
October 24th Beach Volleyball 01-Aug
October 31st Basketball 01-Aug
Travel
9. The contribution of £300 toward travel will be issued to the winner upon arrival at the 5* hotel in the form of a pre loaded Visa card. Booking and payment of travel to and from London is the responsibility of the winner. When it has been issued to the winner, the pre loaded Visa card becomes the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter will not provide replacement cards in the instance that cards are lost or stolen.
Hospitality
10. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, prizes will only be awarded directly to winners in compliance with clause 45 above.
12. Any question regarding the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Limitations of liability: neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability.
