Coca-Cola and the London 2012 Olympic Games on the Capital Network, July & August 2012
RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition) apply to ‘Coca-Cola and the London 2012 Olympic Games competition ("the Competition") which will run from Friday 27th July – Friday 3rd August (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Choice

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
1.    Presenters will invite listeners to text the word GAMES to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

2.    One winner will be picked at random from all correct texts received within the allotted time. The winner will be brought to air and informed that they have won. They will be contacted off air and given further instructions on how to get the ticket.

3.    The competition rounds are as follows:

Friday 27th July: 10am – 4pm, 1 x giveaway per hour on across the Capital Network
Saturday 28th July: 1 x giveaway at between 12 midday and 7pm across the Capital Network
Sunday 29th July: 1 x giveaway between 12 midday and 4pm across the Capital Network
Monday 30th July: 1 x giveaway between 10am and 4pm across the Capital Network
Tuesday 31st July: 1 x giveaway between 10am and 4pm across the Capital Network
Wednesday 1st August: 1 x giveaway between 10am and 4pm across the Capital Network
Thursday 2nd August: 1 x giveaway between 10am and 4pm across the Capital Network
Friday 3rd August: 1 x giveaway between 10am and 4pm across the Capital Network.

Eligibility:
4.    All entrants must be over 18 years of age. If a winner is proved to be under 18 years of age they will forfeit their prize and will not be able to transfer their prize.

5.    The winner will be responsible for any guests under 18 years of age if they are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Anyone attending who is under 18 years of age who is not attending with a parent or legal guardian will need their parent of legal guardian to complete a form allowing permission to attend. No additional tickets will be supplied to a parent or legal guardian, if one needs to attend then they will need to take one of the four tickets allocated to the winner.

6.    For the Riverfront Hospitality prize packages, none of the winners guests can be under 12 years of age. If any of the guests are under 12 years of age they will not be allowed to enter the Riverfront Hospitality and in turn won’t be issued with their Olympic tickets.

7.    The winner must be one of those attending the event, entrants must be certain they can attend the date/time of the event when entering. If the winner is not able to attend they will forfeit their prize and they will not be able to transfer their prize to another person.

8.    Winners will be asked to fill out PAF forms and send it electronically (with a signature and photocopy of photo ID) within 24 hours of being contacted by Capital off air. If the forms are not returned within the allocated time, winners may forfeit their prize.

Additional Terms & Conditions:
General
1.    Winners and guests will be required to sign a participation agreement and hospitality form providing their name and address and other details to enable the Promoter to verify their prize entitlement as a precondition for participating in the prize they have won. For winners and guests under 18 years, these forms must also be signed by their parent or legal guardian. It is the responsibility of the winner (or the winner’s parent or legal guardian where the winner is under 18 years) to ensure that they and their guests sign and return their participation agreement and hospitality forms. Failure to return these forms may result in the winner and/or guests forfeiting their prize.
Once winners have received the participation agreement form and confirmation email returned to the contact at Global Radio (details will be supplied once the winner has won and been contacted off air) within 24 hours of receipt or winners may be requested to forfeit their tickets.
Once these forms are received and verified winners will be sent an email notifying them about the time and location they will need to collect their tickets from. Winners will be required to show photo ID to be allowed to collect their ticket packs.
2. Winners are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to the Riverfront (the £300 pre paid Visa Card will not be supplied until the winner arrives at the Riverfront and will be considered as reimbursement for travel expenses incurred up to but beyond the value of £300 in total), winners will also need to make their own way home the event venue/ Beyond the £75 contribution towards travel per person, spending money is not included in any prize package. All other costs and expenses are winners’ and guests’ own.

3.    Winners and their guests must be available to attend on the day of the event to be won in the draw entered in order to accept the prize.

4.    Hospitality winners will be sent a confirmation letter by email that provides information on where to join the programme and pick up their £75 contribution to travel, by means of a pre-loaded VISA card, on the day of the event won. Winners and their guests must present this letter/email on arrival at the hospitality venue along with a valid photo ID to be allowed access to the venue. Entry to the Riverfront will be prohibited if these items are not shown.

5.    Ticket holders will be subject to LOCOG’s Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase which can be found at www.tickets.london2012.com/purchaseterms.html

6.    Ticket holders have responsibility for all tickets in their possession. Removing any part of, altering or defacing a ticket may result in entry to a venue being refused. LOCOG and the Authorised Ticket Reseller (ATR) (in this case the Promoter) shall not be liable to compensate for lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged tickets. It is not possible to issue duplicate and/or replacement tickets.

7.    Tickets purchased or obtained from or through persons other than directly from LOCOG or the Promoter and otherwise in accordance with these terms and conditions shall be VOID and may be SEIZED or CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND OR ENTRY TO A SESSION.

8.    Tickets are STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE and MUST NOT BE SOLD nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere.

9.    If more than one ticket is issued to a winner, those tickets may only be used by the winner and a family member, friend or colleague who is known to the winner personally and who is intended to accompany the winner to a session. Winners will be responsible for their guests and they must be in compliance with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions and LOCOG’s terms and conditions of ticket purchases – see point 5.

10.    All ticket holders are advised that, under s.31 of the London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Act 2006, it is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE to sell a Ticket in a public place or in the course of business and otherwise than in accordance with the authorisation of LOCOG. Ticket holders are referred to http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2006/12/section/31

11.    Any ticket obtained in breach of these terms and conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be nullified. Winners of hospitality will be issued their contribution of £75 per person toward travel upon arrival at the hospitality venue on the day of the event they have won. The £75 will come by means of a pre-loaded VISA card. Booking and payment of travel is the responsibility of the winner. When it has been issued to the winner, the pre-loaded VISA card becomes the responsibility of the winner.  The Promoter will not provide replacement cards in the instance that cards are lost or stolen.

12.    Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity with no further recompense.

13.    If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or in the spirit of the promotion, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to accept an entry.

14.    The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

15.    There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.

16.    Any question regarding the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

17.    The Promoter reserves the right to amend, vary or withdraw the promotion at any time owing to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, only where circumstances make this unavoidable.

Hospitality
Coca Cola’s Hospitality ‘The Riverfront’ is at the BFI Southbank.
The Riverfront Day package includes:
•    A unique customised Coca-Cola Olympic gift pack for every guest, distributed upon arrival at the Riverfront
•    One meal per person upon arrival at the hub. Buffet-style fine local cuisine, snacks and a bar serving a range of Coca-Cola Company products, beer, wine and signature cocktails (only for those over 18 years of age – photographic ID will be required).
•    One-way transfer via deluxe coach from the hub at BFI Southbank to a selected Olympic sporting event 
included in the package. All transfers are accompanied by trained and uniformed Hospitality staff. Full array of Coca-Cola Company products available at all times on board vehicles
General Information for The Riverfront package:
•    Each package is for four people and does not include transportation to/from home city to the Riverfront
•    The Riverfront Hospitality Suite will be open from 9am to 6pm each day. Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 9am. Re-entry will not be possible after the sporting event
•    Guests must make their own way to the hub, entering via the Riverside Walkway off Belvedere Road.
•    Guests will be required to show the confirmation letter they received in the winner notification email, as well as photo ID to gain access to the hospitality suite. Entry to the Riverfront or access to Olympic events tickets will be prohibited if these items are not shown
•    After the sporting event, guests must make their own onward travel arrangements from the Olympic sporting event venue
•    The Hospitality venue is wheelchair accessible
•    The hospitality package does not include any of the following:
- Transportation from home city to London and onward from Olympic sporting venues
- Access to the Olympic Hospitality Centre (OHC) on the Olympic Park
- Access to the Langham Hotel
- Accommodation
- Expenses of a personal nature
- Cost of meals and drinks consumed outside the Riverfront
- Cost of parking or management of requests for parking at the Riverfront
