Capital's Monster Mash-Up With VOXI

VOXI Grab To Win: RULES:
 
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ apply to the ‘Monster Mash-Up Grab to Win’ competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 30th October 2017 at 06:00 to Sunday 5th November 2017 at 23:59 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital Network.
 
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
 
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to, and follow the detail on capitalfm.com, or the Capital Instagram app or go to Instagram.com/capitalofficial. The Entrant must follow @CapitalOfficial on Instagram, if not already following.
 
The Entrant must use the #grabtowin video first posted at 6am on 30th October 2017 (or another date @CapitalOfficial has posted the video or reposted elsewhere). Screengrab the image of Marvin Humes when on the screen in full. Post the screengrab on Instagram tagging @CapitalOfficial and using #grabtowin.
 
1 x winner per prize in total will be selected at random and contacted via Instagram to the Instrgram ID they submitted.
 
By submitting an image to Instagram to the Radio Station you: (i) warrant that you control all copyright and all other rights (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) in and to such image; and (ii) confirm the grant by you to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] of a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free license in the copyright and all other rights in and to the image (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) and you waive any moral rights and like rights you have in relation to the video; so that the Radio Station [and Global Radio] shall be entitled to use the video in any and all media at no cost to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] and such use shall not infringe the rights of any third party.
 
Winners will be notified within 24 hours of the competition closing via their Instagram account by @CapitalOfficial.
 
Eligibility:
- Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
- Multiple entries are not permitted – duplicate entries will be removed.
- Entrants must follow @CapitalOfficial on Instagram so that winners can be notified.
- Entrant’s Instagram account must not be registered as private.
 
Prize:
-          Return train travel for two people to London

Prize Terms and Conditions:
-          Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays. 


-          Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. 


-          Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers. 


-          Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on 2 adults sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and 
breakfast basis. 


-          Crystal Maze tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking. 
Experience is not private and will be shared with other players. Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes. The Crystal Maze involves some strenuous activity and confined spaces. Pregnancy prohibits participation. 


-          Whilst NDL can purchase tickets on your behalf for this event, we cannot give you permission to use them for promotional purposes. Please seek guidance from your legal department. 


-          Should this product be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice. 


-          All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. 


-          All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 
months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
