RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”)which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ which will run from 31.05.14 6am to 15.06.14) 10 am(“the Duration”). The "Radio Stations" are The Capital Network.
1. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
2. To enter the Competition an Entrant must answer one question via the Global Radio iPad app
3. From all correct answers winners will be picked at random and contacted by Global Radio by telephone. Tickets will then be posted to the winners.
4. The first winner randomly selected will win the one main prize, and 20 randomly selected winners after this, will win runner up prizes.
5. There is one main prize and 20 runner up prizes for the Capital Summertime Ball on the 21.06.2014 .
6. The main prize is the winner plus 3 mates with travel & accommodation included.
7. Runner up prizes will be a pair of tickets to be won without travel and accommodation. 20 winners in total.
8. The winners will be contacted on 16.06.14 and must respond within 24 hours in order to claim their prize, otherwise another randomly selected entrant will take the prize and so fourth.
Eligibility:
9. The winner of the main prize or runners up prize must be aged 16 or over but accompanied by someone aged 18 or over if under the age of 18.
10. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Prize:
11. The main prize is 4 x tickets to Summertime Ball on the 21.06.2014 at Wembley Stadium. The winner must be available to attend the event. Prize includes:
• Accommodation at 4* hotel, Hilton Wembley Hotel (based on 4 adults sharing 2 x twin rooms)
• RTN Rail Travel to and from London
• RTN transfers to and from the station to the hotel. Private transfers not shared with the public
• Breakfast at the hotel for 4 people (extras must be paid for by the competition winner)
The runner up prize is a pair of tickets to Summertime Ball on the 21.06.2014 at Wembley Stadium. The winner must be available to attend the event and is responsible for their own travel arrangements.
Prize Terms and Conditions:
12. Tickets are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
13. These terms and conditions (“Conditions”) and the terms and conditions of the Wembley Stadium (the “Venue Conditions”) apply to any and all Tickets (“Tickets”) to The Summertime Ball 2014 due to be held at The Wembley Stadium, London on 21.06.2014 (the “Event”)

By being present at the Event you consent to being filmed and/or recorded. You also agree not to assert any moral (or similar) rights and give all necessary consents under the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 (as amended) and all other applicable legislation in respect of any film and/or recordings. Please note that BAL is entitled to make full use of any film and/or recording in all current and future media worldwide without any liability or payment to you, including permitting others to do the same.
15. Any person who purchases, holds or uses a Ticket (“Ticket Holder”) acknowledges and agrees that he or she is subject to these Conditions and to the Venue Conditions.
16. If a Ticket is declared void or if a Ticket Holder is refused admission to or removed from the Event because of a breach of these Conditions or of the Venue Conditions, no money shall be refunded to the Ticket Holder.
17. All persons who wish to gain access to the Event must have a valid Ticket.
18. Neither the Ticket Holder nor any other person is entitled to assign, donate, transfer or otherwise dispose of any rights arising from the Ticket, or the Ticket itself, to any third party, including, without limitation, if the transferee does or intends to:
(a) sell, resell, expose, offer or make available for sale, auction, donate or otherwise dispose of Ticket(s) in any manner or place whatsoever, including, without limitation, online via an online auction website; and/or
(b) transfer or use such rights or a Ticket as part of or for any unauthorised:
(i) advertising, sales or promotional purposes;
(ii) premium give-away, competition, prize draw or sweepstake; or
(iii) hospitality or travel package.
19. Winners will need to bring Photo Identification in case they are required to prove their identity.
20. One of either the winner or their guest must be 16 years old or over at the day of the event, they must also be accompanied by a person over the age of 18 to gain entry

In the event of a conflict between the Conditions and the Venue Conditions, the Venue Conditions shall prevail.

Global Radio reserves the right to change the line up of the event and substitute any part of the prize at any time
23. Global Radio reserves the right to change or amend these rules at any time.
