RULES
1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to Thistles Back To School Comp’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 27th Jul to 5th Aug (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is 105-106 Capital
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must text SCHOOL to 83958 (please note the entry method for this competition has changed from Calling the Studio on Monday & Tuesday, to TEXT entry on Wed, Thurs and Fri) , the opening and closing times of competition will be given out on air.
4.    A caller will be selected at random and brought to air to play Back to Cool
Eligibility:
5.    Over 18’s only.
Prize:
6.    1 x £500 shopping voucher to be won / Day, over 5 days, Mon - Fri.


Capital Pad
The Thistles Back To School Capital Pad Activity 13th Aug 2011

RULES
7.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to Thistles Back To School Capital Pad’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Sat 13th Aug from 12:00 – 16:00 April (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is 105-106 Capital
8.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to the Thistles Centre in Stirling on Sat 13th Aug 2011.  Entry will open at 12:00 on Sat and close at 16:00.
Entrants must complete an entry form which they can get from the Street Stars at The Capital Pad in The Thistles Centre.
9.    1 winner will be drawn at random from all entrants and notified by the Capital FM SPI team.
Eligibility:
10.    Over 18’s only.
Prize:
11.    1 x £500 Shopping Voucher and 2 x Tickets to see Tinie Tempah in Glasgow
12.      Global Radio reserves the right to substitute prize.  Thistles Management are excluded from entering the competition.
