RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/) apply to the Noah Screening and £500 radio competition ("the Competition"), which will run from Thursday 27.03.14 to Saturday 29.03.14 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital Scotland and Capital South Wales.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Noah Screening and £500 Competition an Entrant must go online to www.CapitalFM.com and visit the ‘Noah’ article page.
Screening competition:
4. To enter the Screening competition, Entrants will need to visit the Noah Article Page on www.capitalfm.com, click the link to http://www.paramountpreviews.com/pin/153431 and enter their details on the Paramount Pictures registry page that appears. This competition is subject to it’s own Terms and Conditions which can be found via the link stated.
£500 competition:
5. To enter the £500 competition, Entrants will need to register their details and answer question online at the ‘Noah’ Article Page on www.CapitalFM.com.
6. A winner will be picked at random from all correct and eligible entries on Monday 31.03.14 and notified within 7 days of the draw.
Eligibility:
7. The Entrant must be aged 18 years old or over.
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Prize Details:
Prize1 - Screening
- 1 or 2 Single tickets to see the preview screening of the film ‘Noah’ on Saturday 29th March at the Edinburgh Filmhouse at 4:15pm or Cardiff Cineworld at 7.30pm.
9. The Prizewinner will only be eligible for Tickets if they have pre-registered online for the event. However, in registering for 1 or 2 tickets to the preview screening, the Prizewinner will not be guaranteed a place. Tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis, with 80 single tickets available.
10. The Prizewinners must specify which event they would like to attend (either at the Edinburgh Filmhouse at 4:15pm or Cardiff Cineworld at 7.30pm) during their registration.
11. The Prizewinners will need to provide their own transport and travel to the event for a chance to be allocated tickets. Global Radio cannot provide compensation for any costs incurred, including travel to the venue, in the event that the Prizewinner is not successful in being allocated tickets.
12. Once allocated, your tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable or available to exchange for another date or time. If you are unable to attend the screening once your tickets have been allocated, your tickets will be assigned to someone else.
13. The prize is tickets ONLY. Any other costs including travel, food, drinks, accommodation etc are not covered as part of the prize and will be at the expense of the Prizewinner.
14. The screening venues are subject to their own admittance policy and terms and conditions. Global Radio cannot be held responsible if any Prizewinner is refused entry to the event.

15. The Prizewinner must allow 14 days from notification for the transfer of funds.
16. The Prize will be administered either in the form of a cheque or bank transfer. The Prize cannot be fulfilled in cash.
17. If bank transfer, the Prizewinner will need to provide their bank details for the prize to be fulfilled.
18. Global Radio reserves the right to substitute the prize for one that is of equal or greater value to those stated in this document.
