RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to Muller Rice ‘Tasty B Remixer’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Wednesday 10th June to Sunday 28th June on the Capital Network.
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.capitalfm.com, create their remix in the Muller Remix Studio and register their details. Online entry will open at 13:00 on Wednesday 10th June and close at 23:59pm on Sunday 28th June 2015.
4.    From all eligible entries 1 x winner will be selected at random and will be contacted via the details provided at the point of entry.

Eligibility:
5.    Entrants must be 18 or over
6.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.

iTunes Gift Card is redeemable only on the iTunes Store for the United Kingdom and expires the later of two years from the date of (i) issuance or (ii) last activity on an iTunes account. To redeem this card you must have an iTunes account, subject to prior acceptance of licence and usage terms. To open an account, you must be above the age of 13 and in the United Kingdom.

All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.


7.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
8.    The Prize is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative Prize.
