McDonalds on Capital Network, August 3rd – 9th 2015


RULES

  • The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition apply to McDonald’s radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 3rd August to 9th August (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is the Capital Network.
  • Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

  • To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a tweet using #imawake @CapitalOfficial and they must follow @CapitalOfficial. The following variations of the hashtag will also be accepted: #i’mawake #iamawake.  Entry via Twitter will open at 00:01 on 03/08/15 and close at 22:00 on 09/08/15.
  • 1x winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries once the competition has closed, and contacted via Direct Message on Twitter.  If the winner does not respond to the Direct Message within 48 hours of it being sent, Global reserves the right to forfeit their Prize and select a different winner at random.

 

Eligibility:

  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
  • Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
  • If the content of an entry is deemed to be offensive or inappropriate by Global, the entry will be excluded from the Competition.

  • There is 1x Prize available. The Prize includes:

  • 2 x Unlimited Annual pass cards for any Cineworld Cinema. Benefits include:

Watch any film, any day, any time and at any Cineworld Cinema including 
London West End. Cards will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

 

  • Should this product be unavailable at the time of purchase, NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change.
  • Valid for 12 months from date of issue. Valid at all Cineworld cinemas in the UK and Ireland and includes London West End cinemas. Cineworld Cinema Passes will be issued in the winners name and the winners nominated friends name. A passport sized photograph will be required per card. Once issued, the passes cannot be reissued in an alternative name.
  • All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.

The Prize is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative Prize.

Global reserves the right to substitute the Prize at any time.
