RULES

1.     The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to ‘easyJet Weekends Competition’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Saturday 15th February 2014 to Friday 28th February 2014 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital FM Network.

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the ONLINE Competition:
3.     To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

Go online to http://www.capitalfm.com and the easyjet competition page. Register their details and answer one question.

Online entry will open at 00:01am on Saturday 15th February 2014 and close at 23:59 on Friday 28th February 2014.

4.     One winner will be chosen at random from all the correct entries.

5.    The winner will be contacted within 28 days of the competition closing by Global Radio.

Eligibility:
6.     Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

7.     Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:
2 Return easyJet Flights to a European Ski Destination.

Prize Terms and Conditions:
Prize consists of 2 return easyJet flights to a European ski destination of your choice from any UK airport served by easyJet. The destination countries you can choose from are as follows:
- Switzerland, France, Austria, Italy, Andorra & Bulgaria.

All taxes and charges are included in the prize.

The flights must be booked by the 28th May 2014. A booking contact at easyJet will be provided to the prizewinner.

The named prizewinner must be one of the people travelling on the flights.

The costs of transfers (other than those specified), travel insurance, accommodations, parking, meals, spending money and all and any other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize.

The flights must be taken by 28th November and are not available over bank holiday periods.

All flights are subject to availability.

There is no cash alternative to the prize. The prize is not transferable

Entrants must agree to be included in easyJet publicity.

The prize is not open to employees (or members of their families) of easyJet Airline Company Limited or anyone connected with the promotion.

One piece of hold baggage is included per passenger, per sector up to a max weight of 20kg per bag. Additional baggage will be charged for at the then prevailing rates.
