RULES

The following rules ("Rules") together with Global Radio's ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to ‘Win 2012 Jingle Bell Ball Tickets – Week 3’  ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 26th November 2012 to Sunday 2nd December 2012 ("the Duration").  The "Radio Station" is Capital FM Network.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
For each competition round the text line will open when the question is given out on air by the on air presenter.

For each competition round the text line will close as directed by the on air presenter.

To take part in the competition, you must identify the missing word in the song played on air. To enter, you must send a text message with the word 'BALL' and your answer to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”).

Text messages will be charged at £1:00 plus standard network rate. If you text after the closing time you will not be entered but may still be charged. The Text Message Line open and close times will be disclosed on air.

A winner will be chosen at random from all entrants with the correct answer after the closing time. All winners will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected at random.

Eligibility:
Entrants must be 18 or over.

You can enter each round of the competition a maximum of 3 times.

Capital FM Network Evening Prize:
On Monday 26th November there will be 1 prize available to win 4 tickets to the Jingle Bell Ball on Sunday 9th December 2012 and a Blackberry Curve 9320.

On Tuesday 27th November there will be 1 prize available to win 4 tickets to the Jingle Bell Ball on Saturday 8th December 2012 and a Blackberry Curve 9320.

On Wednesday 28th November there will be 1 prize available to win 4 tickets to the Jingle Bell Ball on Sunday 9th December 2012 and a Blackberry Curve 9320.

On Thursday 29th November there will be 1 prize available to win 4 tickets to the Jingle Bell Ball on Saturday 8th December 2012 and a Blackberry Curve 9320.

On Friday 30th November there will be 1 prize available to win 4 tickets to the Jingle Bell Ball on Sunday 9th December 2012 and a Blackberry Curve 9320.

Capital FM London Local Weekend Prize.
On Saturday 1st December there will be 3 prizes available to win 4 tickets to the Jingle Bell Ball on Saturday 8th December 2012.

On Sunday 2nd December there will be 3 prizes available to win 4 tickets to the Jingle Bell Ball on Sunday 9th December 2012.

Prize Terms and Conditions
BlackBerry Curve 9320 device will be delivered to the winner within 28 days of the end of the competition.

In each round, 1 winnerwill receive four tickets to the Jingle Bell Ball on the date advertised on-air.

Tickets are non-transferable.

ID may be required to enter the venue.

Each party attending the Jingle Bell Ball must include one person who is 18 or over.

Please note: Prize does not include travel or accommodation.

Each prize of 4 ticketsmust be won by a separate entrant.
