RULES
 
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘Fusion Festival with Vimto’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 22nd June 2015 to Friday 26th June 2015 on Capital Birmingham and Capital East Midlands (the “Radio Station”).
 
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
 

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the ‘keyword’ to the Station Short Code (the “Text Message Line”).

Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.

The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

All Entrants selected to play will be required to talk to the presenters and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

Two entrants will be randomly selected and will go head to head with 30 seconds on the clock.

Off air, one entrant will be randomly selected to play first.

If an entrant gets a question wrong, or hesitates, the next entrant is in play.

Quick fire questions will be asked and whoever stays in control by answering their questions correctly and not hesitating will win.

The winner will be announced on air.

The Programming Teams decision on the final winner is final.

 
Eligibility:
 
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and meet the requirements relating to the prize as detailed below.

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

One pair of tickets for Fusion Festival with Vimto.

No travel or accommodation is included.
