Braehead Friday Drive Comp

RULES

1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("CommunicorpUK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at [CAPITALFM.COM] apply to [BRAEHEAD FRIDAY DRIVE COMP] ("the Competition") which will run from [24TH MARCH 2023] to [24TH MARCH 2023] (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is [CAPITAL].
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website.

3. To enter the competition an entrant must listen to [CAPITAL], between [12PM – 7PM], and [we will randomly select TWO callers to go head-to-head to identify the celebrity shopper from clues. The contestants will buzz in with their name to take a guess; if correct, they win. If they buzz and then give the wrong answer, the prize defaults automatically to the opponent].
4. An entry will be selected at random and notified via phone call. If the entrant fails to answer two calls from Communicorp UK, we reserve the right to select another entrant at random as the winner.  

Eligibility: 

5. Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.  
6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.  
7. Entrants must reside within one of the following postcode districts: H, FK, G, KY, ML, PA 

Prize: 

8. Winner will win [£500 to spend in a shop from Braehead of your choice]  
9. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  
10. Prize will be provided within 30 days, unless prize is date specific i.e. event tickets which may be provided closer to the date of the event. 
11. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.

12. We will contact you via text, phone and email (w/c 27th March). If you do not respond within 24 hours, we reserve the right to select an alternative entrant. This will mean your entry is void and the prize is forfeited. 

 

13. Once we have successfully made contact with you, we will aim to get the prize or prize instructions with you within (30) days.
