RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Apple Music’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 15th October 2018 to Tuesday 16th October 2018 on Capital (the “Radio Station”). Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
 
Details of the Competition:
1.       To enter the Competition an entrant must go online to http://www.capitalfm.com and answer one question and register their details.
2.       Online entry will open at 00.01 on Monday 15th October 2018 and close at 5pm on Tuesday 16th October 2018.
3.       Duplicate entries from entrants will be excluded.
4.       From all eligible and correct entries, one winner will be randomly selected and deemed the winner.
 
Eligibility:
5.       Entrants must be 18 years or over.
6.       Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
 
Prize:
§  Return train travel for two people to London on Tuesday 20th – Wednesday 21st November 2018
§  Return private transfer from the station to the venue
§  Overnight accommodation for two people at the 4 star Crowne Plaza Docklands London on Tuesday 20th – Wednesday 21st November 2018

Prize Terms & Conditions:
Travel will be on Tuesday 20th – Wednesday 21ST November 2018. All travellers must be available to travel on these dates. 

Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 4 weeks in advance. 

Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers. 

Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two people sharing a double 
room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. 

Tickets will be standard admission, will be for the day stated only and are non-transferable. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of 
purchase. 

Spending money will be transferred directly to the winner upon 
confirmation of full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 
working days. 

Apple Music Subscription will be provided for 12 consecutive months. 
Should the winner wish to continue their subscription after the 12 
months, they may do so at their own cost. 

The Topshop gift card can only be redeemed in participating Arcadia 
Brands’ stores in the UK and on pounds Sterling websites of the Arcadia Brands. It cannot be used in Arcadia Brands’ concessions in third party department stores. Card is valid for 24 months from the date of activation. 

 
7.       Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
