RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition termsand conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at [CAPITALFM.COM] apply to [TAKE ME TO TATE]  ("the Competition") which will run on [23/05/25] (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is [Capital Scotland]

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website.

Details of the Competition: 

To enter the competition an entrant must listen to Capital Scotland, between 6am and 10am on Friday 23rd May 2025.

When instructed, listeners must text the word TATE to 83958. One person will be drawn at random. Upon answering the phone, the entrance must say "CAPITAL, TAKE ME TO TATE"

Eligibility:

Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older. 

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed. 

Entrants must reside within one of the following postcode districts: EH, FK, G, KY, ML, PA, KA

Prize:

Each winner will win two VIP tickets to see Tate McRae at OVO Hydro on Friday 23rd May 2025. The seats are in the Hydro Club and include entry via the Hydro Club entrance, and entrance to the Capital Starsuite.

Food & drinks are not included, but there is a cash bar to purchase food & drink. 

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Prize will be digitally transferred.

Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.
