Post Malone @ OVO Hydro

The following rules together with Communicorp UK’s general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at capitalfm.com) apply to Capital Scotland’s Post Malone competition ("the Competition") which will run on Tuesday 28^th February. The "Radio Station" is Capital Scotland.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the competition an entrant must listen to Capital Scotland between 4pm & 7pm, and call when instructed by the presenter to come on air and answer a question which will be to ‘finish the lyric’ of a Post Malone song.

An entry will be selected at random by the producer. If the entrant fails to answer correctly, we reserve the right to select another entrant at random to try and win.

Eligibility:

Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Entrants must reside within one of the following postcode districts: EH, FK, G, KY, ML, PA

Prize:

Winner will win 2 Capital Balcony & Star Suite tickets for Post Malone at the OVO Hydro on 13^th May 2023. Venue T&C’s are also applicable: https://www.ovohydro.com/terms-conditions

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Prize will be provided within 30 days, unless prize is date specific i.e. event tickets which may be provided closer to the date of the event.

Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.

Contact:

We will contact winner between 4pm & 7pm on 28^th February 2023. The winner will be required to answer their phone, talk to the presenter/s and a call recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. Afterwards, the producer will contact winner to advise on prize fulfilment, which would usually occur at least 1 week prior to the event.
