RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition termsand conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at [CAPITALFM.COM] apply to [FEELIN' FINE FRIDAY COMPETITION]  ("the Competition") which will run on [02/05/25] (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is [Capital Scotland]

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website.

Details of the Competition: 

To enter the competition an entrant must listen to Capital Scotland, between 7am and 9am on 02/05/25. When instructed, the entrant must text the word FRIDAY to 83958 and tell us why they are "Feelin' Fine" 

One entry will be chosen as the winner. 

Producers decision is final.

Eligibility:

Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older. 

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed. 

Entrants must reside within one of the following postcode districts: EH, FK, G, KY, ML, PA, KA

Prize:

The winner will win a pair of balcony tickets to Clubland Live 25 on 04/05/25 at the OVO Hydro, Glasgow including access to the Capital Starsuite.

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Prize will be provided within 30 days, unless prize is date specific i.e. event tickets which may be provided closer to the date of the event.

Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.

Tickets will be transferred digitally and the entrant must have the Ticketmaster app registered with a valid email address to receive tickets.

The winner will be contacted by a member of the Capital Scotland radio team on 02/05/25 with further instructions about prize redemption. As the prize is for an event later in the year, it is likely the entrant will be provided the prize nearer to that date.
