RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to Principality Home vs Home radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 5th February to Friday 9th March 2018 on Capital North Wales.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an entrant must call 0333 321 8888 when prompted. The opening and closing times of the telephone line will be clearly announced by the presenter on air. Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.

4. All Entrants selected to play will be required to talk to the presenters and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

5. On Monday 26th February during the breakfast show, two entrants will be randomly selected from all entries and brought to air to play for the chance to win. Both entrants will be asked a select amount of questions and the entrant with the most amount of questions answered correctly will be that day's winner and will get to come back to play the following day against a new challenger. In the event of a draw the entrants will be asked a tie breaker question to determine the winner.

6. The new challenger will be selected at random from all entries on the day of play.

7. The loosing entrant on the day of play will win nothing.

8. The process will continue until Friday 9th March and the winning entrant will be the one who is in the lead on Friday 9th March 2018.

9. The winner will be announced on air.

Eligibility:

10. Entrants must be age 16 and over.

Prize:

12. One winner will win receive 2 tickets to Wales v France at Principality Stadium on Saturday 17th March 2018. KO 5 PM and £250.

13. The tickets will need to be collected from Capital at the broadcasting centre at The Red Dragon Centre, Cardiff Bay, CF10 4DJ between the hours of 9:00 and 17:00, Monday 12th and Friday 16th March or up to 11:00 on Saturday 17th March. ID may be required for collection. 

14. The £250 will be sent via a bank transfer to the winner. For this, Global will need the winners bank details. This can take up to 28 days to appear in the bank of the winner.

15. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
