Win tickets to See Snoop Dogg in Middleborough’s Centre Square

RULES

1.The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at capitalfm.com (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Win tickets to see Snoop Dogg in Middleborough’s Centre Square’ June 9th 2014 on Capital North East.

2.Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must

Send a text message to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Followed by the correct answer to the question being asked.

Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

All Entrants selected to play will be required to talk to the presenters and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another Entrant not selected.

4. The winner will be the person who is taken to air and correctly guesses the film title to the ‘Say What You Hear’ feature  

Eligibility:

5. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

6. Multiple entries are allowed however entry is limited to one correct answer per person. Texting in the correct answer multiple times will not increase the likelihood of winning the prize.

Prize:

7.    There will be 1 x Prize to be awarded to whoever is taken to air to correctly guess the film title in the ‘Say What You Hear’ feature.

8.   The Prize will consist of four tickets see Snoop Dogg in Middlesbrough Centre Square on Monday 9 June. No under 16’s to attend the event unless accompanied by an adult.

9.     Tickets to the concert will be held in the box office to be collected ahead of the concert. The tickets will be under the winners name as ‘winners name plus three’. Thus the winner must provide proof of identification upon collection.

10.    Global Radio reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any element of the prize at any time.

11.    The Prize is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize, including cash.

12.    Travel and accommodation is not included in the prize.

13.    In the event of a concert being cancelled or postponed, the supply of alternative prizes will be at the discretion of the concert Promoter.

14.    All concert venues the right to exercise their door policies, for which Global Radio is not responsible.

Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion
