RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at and https://www.capital.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) apply to the competition ("the Competition") which will run from 21st November 2018 to 4th December 2018 a (the "Duration”)on Capital North East (the "Radio Station").

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3.   To enter the competition, entrants must go to www.capitalfm.com and register their details. Entry will open at 00:00 on 21st November 2018 and close at 23:59 on 4th December 2018.

4.    Entrants must answer a multiple choice question for the chance to win.

5.    One winner will be selected at random from all correct and valid entries to the competition.

6.    The winner will be selected and contacted via phone on 6th December 2018, by telephone. Two calls will be made before moving onto another person.

Eligibility:

7.    Entrants must 18 years of age or over.

8.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize: 

9.    One winner will receive a hair makeover with Foxy Hair Extensions and £250 for a new outfit and night out.

10.  The hair makeover will be for one person at Foxy Hair Extensions Metro Centre to the value of £400. The hair makeover includes an aftercare pack worth £30 and a free top up after 6-weeks worth £60.

11.  The hair makeover suitability requirements are that the hair is shoulder length hair or longer. The procedure will be unable to be carried out on any shorter hair length.

12.  The hair extensions supplied will be Russian hair weave application which lasts for 3-months. This will be added, then cut and styled to suit. 

13.  After the 6 week free top up which is included in the prize is taken, any further up keep of the hair will need to be paid by the winner.

14.  The £250 for the outfit and night out will be supplied in the form of a cheque from Global Radio- issued from the date of the winner being notified and supply full bank details to us.  Cheque can take up to 28-days to arrive, though we will endeavour to have this to winner as soon as possible.

15.  The full prize is to be redeemed prior to 25th December 2018.

16.  Advance booking is essential for hair make-over appointment. All appointments are subject to availability.

17.  No alternative prize will be offered.

18.  The winner will need to agree to PR before and after photography for use on social media.

19.  There is no cash alternative.

20.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
