RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to 'FAME MMA competition' (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 18th November 2019 to Monday 2nd December 2019 on Capital Tyne and Wear (the Radio Station).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on Monday 18th November 2019 and close at 23:59 on Monday 2nd December 2019.

4. Entrants must answer the question stated online correctly and fill in their details for the chance to win.

5. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible and correct entrants. The winner will be contacted by telephone or email from a member of Global.

Eligibility:

6. Entrants must be age 18 or over.

7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

8.    One winner will receive £250 and four VIP tickets to the FAME MMA event on Saturday 14th December 2019 at 6:30pm at Utilita Arena, Newcastle Upon Tyne, which include:
- Premium Seating
- Meet and greet with the winner of FAME MMA
- A picture with the winner of FAME MMA and the belt

9.    The winner will be contacted by telephone and met by a member of the FAME MMA team at the venue on the day of the event to be given the tickets. All party members must be 18 or over.

10.  The £250 will be transferred to the winner's bank account within 3 days of them being notified of their win.

11.  This prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative in place of the stated prize. Fame MMA reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of similar value.

12.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
