RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) and  http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to the Bella Auto Competition ("the Competition") which will run on 21st May 2018 to 6th June 2018 (the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital North East & Heart North East. 

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the competition entrants must locate the competition on www.capitalfm.com or www.heart.co.uk, register their details and answer the multiple choice question.

4.    Online entry will open at 00:00 on 21st May 2018 and close at 23:59 on 6th June 2018.

5.    All valid and eligible entries will be collated together from entrants from both Capital North East and Heart North East and one entrant will be picked at random as the winner. The winner will be contacted by telephone.

6.    The winner must answer their phone within three attempts over a 24-hour period to be able to claim their prize. Global will select another entrant and repeat the above process if contact cannot be made within the timescale.

Eligibility:

7.    Entrants must 18 years of age or over.

8.    Entrants must hold a full valid UK Manual Driver’s License.

9.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

10.  One  winner will receive a prize package which includes:

Access to Bella Auto event on Sunday 10th June 2018 between 10am and 4pm for 2 people
This includes VIP passes into Porsche tent “corporate area” for champagne and street food, with entertainment DJ/Sax and the food supplied by Tuk, Tuk with wood fired pizzas. Drinks are limited to two per person. This cannot be taken on any other date.

Silverstone Ultimate Driving Experience for 2 people
This includes 90 mins of personal tuition with driving consultants in a Porsche model of the winner's choice (Cayenne/718/911/Panamera/Macan models subject to availability). Refreshments on the day will be included. This needs to be taken within six months of the winner being notified.

11.  Travel to and from the venues are not included.

12.  For the driving experience, drivers must be 18 years of age or over and must hold a clean valid UK Manual driver’s license.

13.  Prize redemption will be discussed with the winner.

14.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
