6. Emma Hernan is a cast member on Selling Sunset
Emma Hernan joined the cast of Selling Sunset in Season 4 but she's actually been working at The Oppenheim Group for a couple of years. In an interview with NYLON, Emma revealed that she got her real estate license after purchasing her first property with Jason: "I was always going around looking at real estate with Jason and Brett every weekend and they were like, 'You have to get your license. You pick up knowledge like a sponge.'" [via Instagram]
