RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competitions apply to ‘Jet2.com Love is in the Air’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 22nd October 2012 to Sunday 11th November 2012 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital Manchester.  
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com and register their details and answer questions online.  Online entry will open at 10:00AM on Monday 22nd October 2012 and close at 23:59PM on Sunday 11th November 2012.  
4.    We will have a judging panel at Global Radio who will be looking for entertaining, funny and creative answers to the questions that are asked online as part of the registration.
5.    50 winners in total will be picked along with the friend that they have registered totaling 100 people.
6.    Entrants may be contacted by a member of the judging panel at Global Radio where we will hold a telephone interview. Entrants will again be assessed on how entertaining, funny and creative their answers are.
7.        Winners will be confirmed w/c 5th November. We will then confirm full details of the prize to each of the winners via e-mail.
8.    Any content that listeners enter online may be used as broadcast material.
9.    If for any reason winners are unable to take the prize, they will then forfeit their prize and it may then be awarded to another entrant.  
10.    By submitting an image to the site www.capitalfm.com to the Radio Station you: (i) warrant that you control all copyright and all other rights (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) in and to such image and (ii) confirm the grant by you to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] of a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free licence in the copyright and all other rights in and to the image (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) and you waive any moral rights and like rights you have in relation to the video; so that the Radio Station [and Global Radio] shall be entitled to use the video in any and all media at no cost to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] and such use shall not infringe the rights of any third party.

Eligibility:
9.    All entrants must be aged 18 and over and accompanying persons of the prize must also be aged 18 and over excluding employees and officers of the promoter and/or their relatives; anyone professionally connected with the promotion including (but not limited to) employees of the participating marketing agencies.
10.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
11.    Entrants must supply an image of themselves which can be uploaded via the entry form or supplied at a later date by email.
12.     The winner and their friend must be available to travel on Saturday 24th November 2012.
13.    Winners and any accompanying persons must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the return date for the holiday.  Winners and any accompanying persons must obtain all visas, permissions and any other documentation required for entering and staying in the destination country.  The Radio Station is not liable for any costs associated with obtaining any such visas, permissions of documentation. Should the winner not be able to obtain the relevant permissions and visas to travel, the Radio Station reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

Prize:
14.   Jet2 to provide all 100 prize winners with the following for the ‘Jet2.com Love is in the Air’ event:

•    Return flights
•    Travel insurance
•    Return transfers in Paris
•    All meals/beverages throughout the day
•    Activity in line with the itinerary as outlined below

15.    Participants must be single, and fit to fly in accordance with Jet2.com’s condition of carriage (http://www.jet2.com/new/terms).
16.    By entering the competition, you agree to participate in publicity of the campaign such as photographs and quotations.
17.    Name changes following confirmation of participation are not permitted.
18.    Participants may carry one piece of hand baggage weighing no more than 10kg. Checked baggage will not be permitted.  Please check at time of entrance exact dates and times of travel.
19.    All winners must make their own way to and from Leeds Bradford Airport and the costs must be absorbed personally.  
20.    The winning entrant must travel along with their single friend.
21.    Prizes may not be exchanged for cash and may only be taken by the competition winner along with their single friend.
22.    Participants with special needs such as requirement for wheelchair assistance should inform Global radio at the time of confirming their place on the promotion.
23.    By entering this competition the winner and their single friend agree to take part in related publicity.
24.    Jet2.com may in its absolute discretion change these terms and conditions without notice or cancel the promotion without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control that makes it necessary to do so. By entering this competition entrants are deemed to accept these rules.

26.    You must have a valid email address to enter this competition.
27.    No purchase necessary.
28.    No alternative prize will be offered.  
Terms and conditions of the Holiday Prizes

The prize is for a seven night All Inclusive holiday for 2 adults at the 3* Marina Barracuda Hotel in Majorca departing from Manchester Airport.

Your prize holiday duration may not be extended and any additional passengers booked will be charged at normal rates. No cash alternative is available.

Your holiday must be redeemed by 31st January 2013 and your holiday must be taken by 31st October 2013 inclusive.

Whilst Jet2holidays will take into consideration and will use reasonable endeavors to accommodate any dates requested by the winner at the time of redeeming their holiday, please note that all dates are subject to flight and hotel availability which excludes peak times such as school and bank holidays. The hotel specifically cannot accommodate winners in July and August 2013.

Terms and conditions of the holiday prizes

Competition open to UK, CI and IoM residents including Northern Ireland aged 18 or over,  excluding employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its agents, associates, printers or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Only one prize per household is permitted. Multiple entries or entries through agents or third parties are invalid.

Jet2holidays reserve  the right to offer an alternative property/destination at anytime, to the equivalent prize value, insofar as we are permitted under our Terms and Conditions and the relevant law.

Changes to names, travel dates & accommodation are subject to the standard change fee plus any differences in cost as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which can be found on  http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions.aspx.

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, holidays may be changed or cancelled by Jet2holidays insofar as such changes or cancellations are permitted under our Terms and Conditions and the relevant law.

Jet2holidays shall ensure that they will give as much prior notice as possible and that you will be made aware of your rights under our Terms and Conditions. Any changes or cancellations will be notified by email or telephone.

This prize includes 1 free item of checked baggage per person and airport transfers to/from the hotel.

Jet2holidays' competition prizes may not be exchanged for cash and may only be taken by the competition winner, who must be over 18 years old and travel along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details.

All optional flight/board/accommodation supplements and insurance are extra and must be paid for by the winner at the time of booking for all the travelling party.

Jet2holidays recommends that you take out your own insurance as this is not included in this prize.

British Citizens will need a full 10 year passport to travel and are generally required to have 6 months remaining on it after the scheduled date of return. If you or any member of your party is not a British or EU citizen or holds a non British/EU passport, you must check passport and visa requirements with the relevant Embassy or Consulate of the country(ies) to or through which you are intending to travel.
