RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to Jet 2 Flight Giveaway radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Monday 5th September 2011 in the drivetime show (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital Manchester.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

4. Send a text message with the word ‘BAG’ to 82200 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
5. One winner from each competition round will be picked from all entries and will be called back and notified that they have won and will be brought to-air thereafter.

6. All entrants must be aged 18 and over and any accompanying guests with the prize winner on the flights must also be aged 18 and over.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

7. 3 x 5 return flights with Jet2.com to any of the destinations listed below from Manchester Airport only.
Winners will be notified within three weeks of the closing date with instructions on how to
claim the prize flights. Only one entry per household.
Additional Prize Terms and Conditions
Flights are subject to availability and may not be taken at peak periods such as Christmas, New Year and Bank/School Holidays. A restricted number of free seats are available per flight, Jet2.com reserve the right to offer an alternative date/destination if this allocation is met. Flights must be booked by and taken by dates as specified by Jet2.com. Changes to names and travel dates are subject to the standard change fee plus any difference in fare as outlined in the airline’s general terms and conditions of carriage, which can be found on www.jet2.com.
Flights may be changed or cancelled by the airline for administrative reasons without prior notice. In accordance with our terms and conditions Jet2.com’s schedules are not guaranteed. Any changes will be notified via email. One item of checked baggage is included per person. Flights may not be exchanged for cash and may only be taken by the competition winner along with one other traveler. Flights must be taken at the same time and are non-transferable. www.jet2.com recommends that you take out your own insurance as this is not included in this prize. Prize automatically expires two years after issue unless otherwise specified.
Winners and any accompanying persons must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the return date for the holiday. Winners and any accompanying persons must obtain all visas, permissions and any other documentation required for entering and staying in the destination country. The Radio Station is not liable for any costs associated with obtaining any such visas, permissions of documentation. Should the winner not be able to obtain the relevant permissions and visas to travel, the Radio Station reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
