The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/termsandconditons apply to the ‘Cosmos’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 1st July 2013 to Friday 5th July 2013 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital Manchester.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the ON AIR Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message to the text number given out on-air (the “Text Message Line”).
Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.
The Text Message Line opening and closing times will be given out on air.
From all texts received, one Entrant will be selected at random and  taken to air.
Daily one Entrant must answer 5 questions correctly.
From all Entrants across the week, the Entrant with the fastest time the 5 questions were correctly answered in, will win.
For every incorrect question answered 10 seconds will be added as a penalty to the final time.
The winner will be announced on-air on Friday's show.
All entrants will be required to talk to the presenter. If the caller is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected.
 
Eligibility:
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
Valid Passport.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:
1x Weekly Prize
- 7 nights at Dream Gran Castillo Resort for 2 (two) Adults and 2 children up to the age of 14
- Flights & non UK transfers
- £400 spending money

Available from 1/07/13 – 31/04/14 (excluding 22/12/13 – 03/01/14)

The cheque for spending money will be sent within 28 days.

Where a holiday is cancelled, which Cosmos reserve the right to do, due to unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond their control and the consequences of which Cosmos could not have avoided even with all due care, Cosmos will try to offer winners a reasonable alternative holiday where this is available. No compensation will be payable in those circumstances.

All holiday prizes are subject to availability. Flights are based on economy flights and include all taxes and one piece of hold luggage per passenger up to 15kg each. Non UK transfers are included for resort airport to resort. . Meals and beverages other than mentioned, additional hotel expenses, spa treatments spending money other than mentioned, are not included. All travellers must hold a current EU passport valid for 6 months after the date of return travel. No cash alternative and prizes are non- transferrable.
