Thorpe Park Annual Passes on Capital FM London, August - September 2013

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition apply to the ‘Thorpe Park’ radio promotion ("the Promotion") which will run from Thursday 15th August –Wednesday 4th September (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital FM London.

Anyone who takes part in the Promotion (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Promotion:
1.    Throughout the Duration of the Promotion, the Capital London Breakfast Team will award up to 15 listeners, with up to a maximum of 8x Thorpe Park Annual Passes each.

2.    The Prize will be awarded to listeners at the discretion of the Capital London Breakfast Team, during the Capital London Breakfast Show (06:00 – 10:00 Weekdays).

3.    The Capital London Breakfast Team will award listeners the Prize based on a text message sent to 83 958 (the “Text Message Line”) that they deem to be entertaining, funny and in line with the show content. The decision of the Capital London Breakfast Team is final.

4.    Listeners will be notified by the presenter(s) on air if they have been awarded the Prize.  Listeners may be required to come to air and speak to the presenter(s).

Eligibility
5.    All text messages sent to the Text Message Line between the hours of 06:00 and 10:00 on each weekday during the Duration of the Promotion will be eligible for consideration.  This includes multiple text messages from an individual listener.

Prize
6.    The Prize will consist of up to a maximum of 8x Annual Passes for Thorpe Park.

7.    Annual Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and can only be issued at Thorpe Park.

8.    Winners will receive a confirmation from Global Radio via email, and they will need to print this out and bring it with them – along with photo ID (passport or driving license) – to Thorpe Park in order to have their Annual Pass issued.

9.    The winner and their guests must claim all their passes at the same time.  All claimants must be present at the time of issue; an Annual Pass cannot be claimed on behalf of another claimant.

10.    If a claimant is under the age of 12, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the time of issue.

11.    An Event Fee applies during special events including Fright Nights, Summer Nights and Ministry of Sound Ride & Club nights.

12.    The confirmation email will be sent to the winner within 28 days of being awarded the tickets, unless otherwise notified.

13.    The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

14.    Global Radio reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize at any time.
