RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at [https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/]) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘[Vincentius]’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Wednesday 20th 2019 to Friday 1st March 2019 on Capital Liverpool] (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 Wednesday 20th 2019 to Thursday 28th February 2019

4. Entrants must answer a multiple choice question correctly to be placed in the draw.

5. A winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

6. The winner will be brought on-air to be told they have won after telling us what their perfect race day looks like. They must answer to phone to win. If they do not answer, another entrant will be randomly selected untill there is a winner.

7. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

Eligibility

8. Must be 18 or over.

9. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

10. Entrants must be a resident within one of the listed postcodes below.

Prize:

10. One winner will win a 3-piece suit from Vincentius Bespoke, including shoes, shirt and tie Up to the value of £3,750. A haircut, bottomless brunch for 4 people, chauffeur to Aintree for 4 people, £250 cash to spend on the day and a booth in town for 4 people.

11. Tickets to Ladies Day are NOT provided, you must have your own or purchase via thejockeyclub.co.uk

12. Vincentius will contact the winner directly to arrange their fitting for the suit, they’ll be collected from an address of their choice on a date of their choice before 23^rd March 2019.

13. Global will book you in a salon in Liverpool for a time of your choice on 4th April 2019, this is a salon of your choice and up to the value of £30 only.

14. Global will book a bottomless brunch for four people in Liverpool for 9am on 5th April 2019. Venue is subject to availability on the day of winning. All attendees need to be 18 or over. ID may be required on entry. Bottomless brunch lasts for 2 hours only. Food will be from a set menu up to the value of £35 per person, bottomless brunch includes Prosecco only.  

15. Global will take you to and from the Bottomless brunch and then to Aintree for 11:30am, this is a one-way transport only. No return transport included. You will be picked up from an address of your choice where we will collect you and your 3 friends, only one pick up address within the eligible postcodes for entry, no stops will be made on the way.

16. Global will send you a cheque for £250, this will be sent within 28 days of winning the prize.

17. Global will organize a booth in Liverpool for 4 people for after the Races, this will be up to the value of £500 and be available on the evening of 6th April only. Subject to availability, the bar will be selected by Global at the time of winning. All attendees need to be 18 or over. ID may be required on entry.
