Fusion Festival on Capital Liverpool April 2016

RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/liverpool/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to Fusion Festival radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 04.04.16 to 08.04.16 on Capital Liverpool (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

4. Send a text message with the word FUSION to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

5. We will play out a ‘fused’ track on air and invite listeners to text in and tell us which two Fusion artists were ‘fused’ together.

6. The winner will be selected at random and called back. The winner will be the FIRST person to correctly name BOTH artists fused together.

8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

9. The winning entrant will win either one pair of tickets to Fusion on Saturday the 3rd of September or one pair to Sunday 4th September

10. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
