Scarefest Scaremaze Rules

RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to ‘Scarefest’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Wednesday 10th to Friday 19th October 2012  (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital Birmingham.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com/birmingham and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00.01 on October 10th 2012 and close at midnight on October 19th 2012.
4.    Entrants will need to enter their details and complete our “Scaremaze” game online.
5.     Winners will be selected at random after the completion has closed and notified by telephone or email.

Eligibility:
6.    All entrants must be aged 18 or over.
7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:
8.    The prize will be a ticket to Scarefest at Alton Towers Resort 2012
9.    Ticket includes entry for up to four people.
10.    Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
11.    Ticket is valid for any ONE day of the Alton Towers Resort Scarefest Event which runs from 19th – 31st October 2012
12.    The pass is for entry to the theme park only and does not include any food or drink.
13.    No travel is included, winners and their guests must arrange their own transport to and from the park.
14.    Tickets are for the Sacrefest Event only and are non-transferable.
15.    No cash alternative will be offered.
