RULES

1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition apply to ‘Pure Gym’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 6^th April to 22nd April (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital Birmingham

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to the location described on-air by the presenter. Times of entry and closing will be announced on air each day of the competition. Locations and times will also be at capital.com.

4. Entrants will need to find the Capital Street Stars and fill out an entry form. 

5. Winner will be notified by telephone after the competition has closed.

Eligibility:

6. Due to the nature of the prize both winners and their guest must be aged 18 or over.

7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

8. It is the prize winners responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate travel documents and a valid passport for travel.

Prize:

9. The prize is 2 tickets to see Lady GaGa at the Allphones Arena, Edwin Flack Avenue & Olympic Boulevard, Sydney Olympic Park, Australia on June 24^th 2012.

The prize includes 7 days in Sydney including standard accommodation, flights and transfers.

Flights will be from a London Airport on dates specified by Capital Birmingham.

Tickets and flights are none transferable.

No cash alternative will be offered.

Winners and their guests must be able to fly on selected dates between June 22^nd – June 29^th 2012.
