RULES

  1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Fusion Festival 2015’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run each week on Capital Birmingham.
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

 

Details of the Competition:

  1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the word 'FUSION' to 83958.  Texts will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the text lines will be given out on air. All Entrants selected to play will be required to talk to the presenters and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
  2. The presenter will play an audio clip of a songs which we have 'fused' together. Once heard, the entrant must text the word 'FUSION' to 83598 with the correct answer (name of the artist) to enter. They will have the length of the song to text.
  3. The winner will be selected at random and taken to air if possible.

Eligibility:

  1. Entrants must be over 16+ enter.
  2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

 

Prize:

  1. A pair of standard tickets to Fusion Festival, either on 28th, 29th, or 30th of August. It will be stated on air which prize is to be won each day.
  2. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
